This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use the ApexLoge application and website.
Biometric & Image Data: To provide our core AI styling services (Color Season and Face Shape analysis), you must upload photos. These images are processed securely by our AI models.
Account Information: We collect your email address and name when you register an account.
Payment Data: Payments are processed via Stripe (for web) and RevenueCat (App Store/Google Play). We do not store full credit card numbers.
We use your data solely to generate and store your "Style Blueprint" and daily "Fit Check" histories. We do not sell your photos to third parties or use them for external marketing without explicit consent.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data at any time. You can delete your account directly inside the ApexLoge app, which permanently erases your photos and analysis history from our servers.
